Slowly recovering today from my monthly college weekend. It felt extremely challenging this month, coming from a place of transition I think. Yesterday involved travelling back to London for clinic learning. Initially I really thought I had met the brick wall that novice marathon runners often experience. Somehow by the end of the day I knew I had integrated vitally a new slant on my knowing and felt good. Now I am wondering what it is, but am planning to let the Universe bring it into my consciousness gradually. The Periodic Table is involved if that sparks anything for 'anybody' out there....Alchemy, chemistry, elements. Anyhow I think this fits in blogwise too, thanks as ever Lana. With love.

Lana! Yes, I took your advice without even knowing what you'd written... I stayed in bed till 11, healing myself! Totally unheard of for me as I usually push myself to get on with things... it feels good! I llok forward to Wednesday... I look forward to meeting with that romantic love bit within me AND trusting it will be met. HEhehe... thanks for giving me hope in this hectic period. I can only imagine what next week entails, given it is already promising to be the biggest personal challenge i have had for many many years.... forget the comfort zone... I am getting my dramatic mask on now, while there's still time! Thank you as always for your wonderful blog!
