Janine is upset with herself that she didn't call the tart a quiche if it put Brian off. She may have met him in a past life, but has not done so in this lifetime, and is getting desperate. Now she is getting really worried about all this dieting business. Also is there a feeling of deja vue or Alice in Wonderland as life is becoming a story.Thank goodness there will soon be a Full Moon to sort it all out, the men from the boys perhaps.

Dear Lana

Do you think Brian would have gone if he'd been invited to Betsy's place...especially if he knew about there being an onion tart present? Perhaps Verity should have told him. I am amazed that Janine called it a tart and not a quiche - but then i suppose The Quiet Office IS set in Rural England. Bit riske tho for Sharon, poor thing...

Perhaps Verity didn't tell Brian because she wanted go wild and consume with passion the entire tart herself.... I wonder then, if that's the case, why on earth did she dream up the idea of the Lighterlife diet!? Perhaps Sharon can make her see sense....

Good Heavens, the plot's every bit as good as the Archers!
